The NCCC member survey was used to gauge members’ satisfaction with the coalition, understand ways they are currently engaged and want to be engaged in the coalition, learn about work being done to advance cancer plan goals, inform the development and growth of workgroups, and collect background information.
The 2023 respondents reported that 28% were personally being impacted by cancer, 62% identified as a caregiver or loved one of someone personally impacted by cancer, and 43% reported working directly with patients. View more results in the PDF below.
Each year over 4,300 North Dakota residents are diagnosed with cancer and over 1,300 will die from the disease. NDCC provides a place for members interested in addressing the cancer burden in North Dakota.
