Our outreach project team lives across the footprint we serve and range from front line representatives to support services! There are many more team members beyond this screenshot who contribute to the work – but we had so much fun taking a moment to celebrate colorectal cancer screening awareness month. In 2024, this program contributed to screening over 7K patients.
