The North Dakota Cancer Coalition has developed "BE SUN SAVVY" fact sheets for young children.
We encourage all hospitals, clinics and other healthcare providers to share this information with new parents and primary caregivers of young children.
As a parent or primary caregiver, we encourage you to pass this information on to family and friends. Through increased education on the importance of sun safety, the NDCC hopes to decrease the number of young people that will be affected with skin cancer later in life.
